Paleo Jerk Chicken|Yuro health - Here’s a great recipe for jerk chicken done the Paleo way:

1 pounds of chicken breasts.

Marinade: 1-2 Serrano peppers.

1-4 habanera peppers.

8 chopped green onions 1 quartered small yellow onion.

2 peeled kiwis cup of coconut aminos.

3 crushed cloves pf garlic 1.3 cup of olive.

Half cup of apple cider vinegar 2 Tbsp of raw honey.

3 tablespoons of fresh thyme 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice.

Quarter cup of fresh squeezed orange juice tsp of ground black pepper.

Half teaspoon of ground allspice teaspoon of grounded nutmeg.

Half teaspoon of sea salt teaspoon of cloves.

Equipment :

Chopping knife, cutting board ,Measuring spoons, Small bowl, Garlic press Measuring cups. Resalable plastic bag, Blender Small Saucepan, Grilling Tongs, Basting Brush.


In a blender, combine all of the marinade ingredients and mix for approximately 30 seconds.

After placing the chicken in the bag, pour half of the marinade on the chicken; reserve the half for dipping and basting. Leave to marinade overnight or 6 hrs at least.

Take the pieces of chicken out from the marinade and leave it to sit on a plate for roughly 30 minutes.

In the saucepan, heat the remaining portion of the marinade over low heat for approximately 20 minutes. Put half of the marinade in a bowl to use for basting during the grilling process and reserve the rest of the marinade to use as dipping sauce while eating.

Grill the chicken for approximately 8 minutes and about halfway through the process, use the marinade to baste. Let the chicken sit for a approximately 5 minutes before serving.
