Okay so now that we got that covered let’s talk about Thai Chicken Curry Soup.

Although it is as easy to make as your regular chicken soup, this option is much more flavourful and interesting. As with all Paleo Recipes, a wide variety of foods and flavours are explored from all over the world so you never feel limited or deprived about what you can it.


I chicken breast, chopped

1 onion diced small

3 cups coconut milk

2 cups water or chicken broth

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 cup button mushrooms diced

2-3 tbsp curry powder

2 tsp coconut oil

Tsp fresh coriander, finely chopped;

1 tbsp fish sauce

1 tbsp almond flour

Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


Put the coconut and chicken in a sauce pan on medium heat and let it cook for about 2minutes.

Add the mushrooms, bell pepper, onions, salt and pepper to the pan and let that cook for abaout 1 minute.

Coat the meat and vegetables with the curry powder and let that cook for a minute.

Stir in the water or stock, almond flour, coconut milk and fish sauce. Let it cook for 15 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.

The last step is to top the soup off with fresh coriander.
